Taking an individualised, root cause approach to health.
Therapy That Respects Your Unique Wiring
At Neah Psychology, we believe that mental health care should not be a “one size fits all” process. Our practice was founded on the principle of neuro-affirmative care, the idea that different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world are natural variations of the human identity, not “deficits” to be fixed.
We provide a safe, non-judgmental space where your lived experience is the starting point. Whether you are navigating a new diagnosis, managing a chronic health condition, or seeking to understand yourself better, we are here to walk alongside you.

Our Specialisations
We go beyond general counselling to provide targeted support for complex life experiences. Our practice is built on three core pillars:
Neurodiversity Affirming Support: We specialise in supporting Autistic and ADHD individuals. We don’t focus on “masking”; we focus on building a life that accommodates your sensory needs, communication style, and executive functioning strengths.
Chronic Health & IBD Support: Living with a chronic illness like Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) or autoimmune conditions can be an isolating experience. We help you manage the psychological toll of physical illness, medical trauma, and the lifestyle adjustments that come with a diagnosis.
Evidence-Based Excellence: We utilise high-standard clinical modalities—including CBT, ACT, and EMDR—tailored specifically to how your brain processes information.
Our Psychologists

As a practitioner, Nur is committed to:
Collaborative Care: You are the expert on your own life. We provide the clinical tools; you provide the direction.

Continuous Advocacy: Staying at the forefront of neuro-affirming practices to ensure our clients receive the most respectful and up-to-date care possible.
